Bob Davies
Pastoral Team Leader
Bob believes God is taking charge of our disordered world and that we are to join Him in that spiritual task. Mesmerized by Jesus’ revelation of God’s grace and kindness, Bob is interested in people, in story, and in the art of communicating. You can catch Bob talking about how movies, books, a few old Welsh legends, or other contemporary features of our culture all reveal God at work, and how God wants all people to hear His voice. Bob is married to Michelle and they have two children, Kayleigh and Owain.

Stephen Budd
Pastor
Stephen joined the KBC staff in Jan 2016 having previously pastored in the Fredericton area of New Brunswick. Feeling a call to associate work after spending 12 years as a lead pastor, Stephen shifted his focus to Worship and Discipleship as the Associate Pastor of Connections. Leading others to take spirit-filled next steps in their faith makes up a thriving environment for Stephen’s life. Providing tools for others to live the way of Jesus and sharing in their joy when they put feet, hands and hearts to the truths of God’s word gives him great satisfaction. Stephen enjoys good coffee, being outside on one of his bikes or out on the trail with his dog Molly. Stephen is married to Heather and has two teenage daughters that love dad jokes. Stephen is a graduate of Crandall University and Acadia Divinity College having earned a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and a Masters of Divinity.

Adam Giles
Pastor
Adam started on staff at KBC in 2017 as the KBC Youth Director. After nine years leading KBC’s youth ministry, completing his Master of Theological Studies at Tyndale University, and being ordained by this church, Adam was formally called as an associate pastor in June 2026. His background in the Pentecostal church fostered a deep connection with the Holy Spirit, which inspires him to help others grow in a close personal experience and relationship with the living God and to live out that faith actively in the world. Adam is married to Hilary, and they have three young children, Aden, Shannon and Sophia.

Sarah Kastler
Youth Director
Sarah joined the KBC staff as the Junior High Youth Coordinator in August 2025 and then as the Youth Director in July 2026. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies with a concentration in Youth Ministry from Redeemer University in Hamilton.

Hilary Giles
Kingdom Kidz Director
In October 2021 Hilary accepted the position of children’s ministry coordinator at KBC which includes the operation of the 10am Kingdom Kidz program. This program incorporates a time to connect, worship, dramatic bible teaching, and small group lessons. This requires the coordination of many volunteers. Hilary is married to Adam and they have three young children.

Krysta Handy
Ministry Administrator
Krysta joined the KBC staff in 2024. She is currently serving as the Church Ministry Administrator and providing leadership assistance in other areas. She is also part of the KBC worship team.

Cheryl Nugent
Office Administration
Cheryl has been on the Administration team since 2018 where she serves as communications and advertising agent. She supports the ministries of KBC by ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Cheryl and her husband Tom, have two grown children; James and Robyn.

Joanne Crossman
Financial Administrator
Joanne joined the KBC staff as the Financial Administrator in 2024. She is responsible for taking care of the ongoing financial responsibilities in support of the ministries of KBC. She is married to Danny and they have three teenagers; Ben, Kate, and Tim.
